Target: New audience segments beyond Twitch’s 81.5%, 18-34 year old, male-dominated user base.
Goal: Discover and activate a new, more inclusive audience on Twitch’s newly launched music vertical while raising money for The Recording Academy’s MusiCares Covid-19 Relief Fund.
Program: In collaboration with Twitch, Truideation concepted and created Sessions, a virtual music festival featuring a diverse, all-star lineup of Artists and DJ’s ranging from Country to Indie Pop, EDM to Reggae and everything in between. Sessions live, in-stream format powered by streaming partner Logitech, featured great performances, meaningful conversations and a real connection to viewers via live chat on Twitch.
Result: With 1.58M Unique Views and 2.96M Viewers, Sessions brought a new, more diverse audience to Twitch, the premier entertainment platform.
